Haul away TV when mounting new tv

Moved into new home. Brought my own tv with me. Previous left old tv mounted to pine wall. I have scheduled a tv installl and bought a new mount. I cannot figure out how to get old tv and mount of f the wall(very old Toshiba tv/mount circa 2008 he tv).

 

will the installers uncounted the old tv and haul away the old tv.?

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to write to us about your order. Getting a new TV is an exciting day, but I know that mounting and moving a TV can be quite stressful. I know I've called upon the Geek Squad to help me out this a few times. I'd be glad to provide some more information about the haul away service.

 

When hauling away a TV, the Geek Squad will remove a mounted TV but not the mounting hardware. If you'd like the Geek Squad to remove this hardware as well, we can add an additional service that starts at $99.99.
