Our hardwood floors were damaged during the delivery of a refrigerator purchased from Best Buy. The delivery person acknowledged the damage, took photos and said his boss would call us. Once contacted, we sent estimates and photos to AWalton@ptglogistics.com, as requested. Then we were emailed a message that said the damage was due to normal wear and tear. We went to Best Buy and spoke with the store manager who sent an email on our behalf to move this claim forward. We have still not been contacted by the responsible party. What are the next steps to repair our damaged floors?
