Hand was sliced open.


Several months ago I received an item delivered incorrectly by your delivery team. It was a microwave oven they stacked on top of another appliance upside down. We’ll the oven was broken and after the team left I went to retrieve my new microwave and when picking up the box I sliced my hand open. So far open that my hand meat was coming out.
I had to get stitches. Upon further inspection the glass roundabout was packaged on the top section of the box and had broken when they stacked it upside-down. I have photos of the everything from the delivery photo taken by the driver, to the first opening of the microwave box.
My claim was investigated through Sedgwick. They agreed to pay my medical bill.
Now when I check in with my claims agent, Her email is no longer working. I contacted her supervisor about this. She will not return my call.
Please help me resolve this. I can provide anything, emails, pictures, whatever you need.
