HORRIBLE SERVICE

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator, 1st delivery it came front door was dented, replacement came and the back of fridge was dented so we didn’t not accept it. 3rd delivery the freezer door leaked air after the door was changed. We called someone from geek squad came to fix but he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. We found out later by inspecting that a top screw was missing, something he should have caught if properly doing his job. He Left without doing anything and it still was leaking air. So we decided to change and get. GE refrigerator. This last and fourth delivery the doors were changed but was missing plate or cover or plug to cover exposed areas were screws of door handles would be. The delivery guy says he didn’t have them and to call Best Buy. Went to the store and they couldn’t help us gave a 1800 geek squad #. They could not help us order the missing piece only replace the entire refrigerator. We don’t want to do that, it’s for tenants apartment and each time she has to empty her entire fridge. We have to coordinate and I have to take time off to be there for the delivery. Four times I’ve had to deal with this, time spent I’ll never get back, from calling 1800 number and waiting for delivery. I will never again buy large appliances from Best Buy. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a store. I want to make a formal complaint and speak to someone that can do something about this matter.

Yes still waiting for several top holes and GE logo was missing. I ended up calling GE 1800 to order and waiting for them to deliver. The customer should not have to call the manufacturer themself to order parts for an appliance that was delivered with missing pieces. The order was placed through BestBuy and problem should have been taken care of by BestBuy. Honestly that’s putting your responsibility onto the customer. I won’t be buying any further appliances from this company and would not recommend to anyone because of my experience.

No that’s not it. It a cover or plate or plug to cover exposed holes on exterior front upper/ lower doors where the handles would have gone.There are 5 holes of same size and smaller one at the top where I assume GE logo would go.
