HELP NEEDED -- NO resolution for over a MONTH?!?!

I placed an order online on 9/3...yes, 9/3. I have had ZERO resolution and am ready to head to the BBB, CEO, anyone who can get resolution on my issue.

 

My order for a dishwasher has been a complete nightmare and i wont ever go to a BB again after this.

 

The delivery and install window was 8-11. 5:00 and no call, nothing. Finally i took a chance and got someone in customer service who said, so do you still want it? Really? So i agreed and hoped for a quick reschedule. NOT THE CASE. Apparently the third party company just dropped the item back to the warehouse, but the warehouse has not checked my dishwasher back into stock...not my issue. But bb has held my money since 9/3...so no dishwasher, no reschedule and no credit. No one can seem to figure this out. Emails and calls apparently were made to the warehouse, promises of calls back have gone unanswered. 

 

Incredibly unprofessional and honestly RUDE. I just want my money back...I should charge you bb for my wasted time and DAILY calls. I also have to re tell my story every single time since you changed the phones and now hove rolling phones, so getting someones direct line is a thing of the past...the WORST experience I have EVER had...you really should be ashamed. When I ask for escalation? Nope...no one can figure this out. WHY CANT I GET MY MONEY BACK?
