Great Customer Service Experience!

After coming here to the forum to complain about an issue I was having with Sedgwick, I also now have the pleasure of letting everyone know what a great job one of the Moderators did in helping me get the problem resolved.


I had been trying to get a claim for damages initiated through Sedgwick since April 2021 with absolutely no success at all. I came to the forums to express my frustration and seek some help with contacting Sedgwick and getting a claim started. One of the forum Moderators, Kayla, picked up on my post and offered her assistance. She was everything one would hope for in terms of providing quality customer service. Kayla was polite, professional, and was sincerely concerned about the problem I described. Within the span of two weeks Kayla was able to get my claim investigated and resolved completely to my satisfaction.


While I'm still disappointed with Sedgwick's unresponsiveness, I'm so happy to be able to compliment Kayla for her compassion and diligence in helping me. She is really a model for how great customer service should be. Thanks, Kayla!

I don't even know what to say. Your kind words have truly touched my heart. While I would have much preferred your experience to be smooth to begin with, I'm grateful you gave me the opportunity to step in and help when things didn't go to plan.
