I am not sure how to begin this without sounded frustrated with the whole experience. What should have been a happy moment for me is now just turning into endless one sided emails. Long story short, bought a very expensive washer and dryer from Best Buy. Delivery people came, didnt install the thing properly and left. Found out they damaged some pieces of the property and a few walls while putting the washer and dryer in but didnt even tell us. Called up BestBuy and they sent me to Sedgwick. Sedgwick takes my claim and says someone will get back to me. 2 weeks later i get an email saying they have sent the claim to some other third party (which is probably the delivery and installation people) and they will get back to me in a week and if no response let Sedgwick know and they will escalate. 5 Weeks later, still no call from the third party and no email/phone responses from Sedgwick. Multiple emails and multiple calls but not even an acknowledgement. I read all these posts on the forums and the horror stories and I thought maybe something would have changed and my experience would be different but alas NO, BESTBUY wants their customers to go through this. I am in process of placing a 20K order with Magnolia but no I will give my business to someone else who really cares about their customers.

Thanks to Fey’s help twice, Sedgwick has finally responded and resolved my claim. Wish I would have contacted Fey earlier. While I am happy my issue is resolved (hopefully), I wish there was better communication with Sedgwick. Thank you Fey.
