Geeksquad screwed up my car. Where is my compensation?

My car is 2014 Ford Fiesta.

One month ago, March 23rd, I got the car stereo installation from Bestbuy Durham Southpointe.

In 5 days, March 28th, I found out the battery is dead.

It was weird as the battery was changed just 1 year ago but I thought that the battery is maybe naturally drained so changed it to a brand new one.

 

And in 2 weeks, April 11st, the battery is out again. I recognized that the geeksqaud messed up the car because it was okay until. So I made an another appointment with Geeksquad in Bestbuy Durham Southpointe, opened a compensation case.

 

In April 17th, Geeksquad in Bestbuy Durham Southpointe finally checked it and their attitude was very irresponsible. It was obvious that their installation messed up the car and I still can't use the car but they couldn't find the reason and just asking me to wait until the examiner contacts me. It doesn't look like a matter of electronics as the experts of electronics couldn't find the reason so it would be mechanic problem but they can't see any mechanic problem. But don't even think to get the car fixed privately because Bestbuy doesn't compensate for the repairment before examining by the examiner.

 

I still didn't get any contact from your hornorable examiner, my car battery is drained three times, and I'm stranded. I just wanted to upgrade my car with the new car stereo but could never imagined geeksquad would screw up my car.

 

What should I do?
