Geek squad amp installation guy were making excuses

Hey whats up with these geek squad people? I scheduled an appointment for amp installing and waited 1 and half month.. and 3,4 days before my appointment I received call that they dont have specific parts for my car so he can reschedule me to somw other i told him i have everything. Nxt day I received same phone call then I realized they were just throwing me off so they dont have to work....and on the day of my appointments i drove 30 mins to store and after 1 hour in and half of my car were riped apart, guy said its not in my comfort zone to work with hybrid car so rescheduled my to other store another 2 weeks of wait.. whts wrong wid these people? If they dont wanna work or dont knw how to work then why the even there and wasting people’s time?!!!
