Geek Squad messed up my car

I purchased an installation for my backup camera and a car radio. The job was done quickly but my car is completely messed up now. It went from a 2008 to a 1998 in a matter of 2 hours. My power locks don’t work anymore including opening my trunk. My remote start that was installed separately now does not work. My AC does not work and it’s summer. I need that AC! My headlights are not working properly, one of my reverse lights is not working, one of my high beams is not working, interior lights are not working and the radio that was installed has no sound coming out for the new radio and at this point I honestly regret getting all this done. I need this stuff fixed I went to Best Buy to IMPROVE my car and it ended up making it virtually unusable. I need this fixed this week whether it’s a reimbursement at another mechanic as Best Buy is out of my way or someone needs to fix it ASAP. Barely even want to drive the car. Someone contact me ASAP

When was this installation completed? Did the Autotech you were working with test this new radio out and did these problems appear during this process?
