I tried to have a back up camera installed at my local store. I was told that the only geek squad employee was in training and could only do a limited amount of audio installations. I contacted geek squad by phone and purchased the product. They informed me I would have to drive one hour to another store for the installation. I got a confirmed appointment and when I arrived I was told that no installation employees were working that day. On top of that I was informed the the employees at that store could not install the product. I was informed that I would have to make an appointment at another store that was 2 hours from my home. As far as I am concerned Geek Squad installationservices are a total joke and you should look elsewhere for ptoduct purchases and instalation.
