I bought a remote start for my vehicle about 3 weeks back through bestbuy.com. I scheduled it to be installed at my local store, Park Lane, Tx.
I took the morning off in order to make the appointment to only realize after needing to walk in to the store that the store doesn't have any car technicians. I know need to take more time off work, and need to drive out to a store that's further away from my home.
Bestbuy.com and their local stores should be in better contact to ensure people's time isn't wasted. I'm hoping there is some kind of compensation for wasting my morning.
