Gas stove delivery and installation nightmare

I ordered a Samsung stove on November 8th and have yet to receive due to the truck breaking down, not enough room on the truck, they forgot to load it on the truck, and rain. Honestly I'm not even mad, this is sad how much I have had to go thru to get this stove installed. It's "supposed" to be delivered on Friday but honestly I think it'll take after Christmas at this rate. I ordered a fridge at the same time. It came two weeks (of course late) after the initial delivery date. I just hope someone at bestbuy sees this and helps out because the store employees are rather useless and will tell you theres an hour wait.
