We had 4 failed deliveries before actually getting our fridge delivered. One of those, the first one, the delivery employee got angry, said "*uck it" and shoved the fridge across our floors resulting in dents and scratches.
Then we went through 3 more deliveries and lots more time off work to actually get the fridge.
We were told to contact sedgwick. After multiple tries, they finally directed the trucking company, Family Man Trucking to reach out. They did, but after they were provided the estimate, the trcuking company told me that they wouldn't be handling it and that it was best buy's problem.
I reached back out to sedgwick, and it took several store manager emails to get a response. I keep getting told that
1. My claims adjuster will reach out
2. My claim was sent to a DIFFERENT trucking company on 8/10/21
I haven't been able to get this different trucking company XPO to contact me.
I have emailed sedgwick asking for help more than 20 times, and I just get the same runaround. This has been going on for nearly a year, and this doesn't even scratch the surface of the trouble it has been.
