Fridge Not Delivered, Did Company Cancel Delivery?

Pretty irritated. Delivery Team called at 9 and said they'd be here in 20 mins, we warned them GPS takes people to wrong address and gave advice to correct address. They called a while later to say they were lost. 10 hours later we still haven't been able to get back in touch with them since, Best Buy keeps giving us the runaround about the 3rd party delivery service, 3rd party keeps "disconnecting" during our call. Upon looking up order it appears the company cancelled it? No clue now if or when it's coming.
