Hi there. I have spent a lot of time on the phone over the last few weeks with best buy reps and even went into my local store and no one was able to help me. We had a fridge delivered right before black friday and I had no idea at the time because there was tape on it, but our deli drawer was delivered broken. We just want to get a new drawer to reaplce the broken one. Please let me know what we can do about this.
