Order delivered on time and with excellent service. However, when unboxing fridge, we found some damage. Install team took pictures and documented. Was told I had two options 1) return fridge or 2) keep and someone would conact me regarding dicscount/refund. I opted for 2 since the fridge appeears to be running and keeping items cold. This was over a week ago and have not heard from anyone yet. Just curious on next steps.
