I placed an order for Pioneer - 7" - Android Auto/Apple CarPlay™ - Built-in Bluetooth - In-Dash CD/DVD Receiver - Black and free installation. My daughter received the stereo but not the free installation. The store is tryng to charge my daughter. I contacted customer service before I ordered the radio to make sure it wasnt a problem and the representative said they would know by the order number that the installation would be free. The only reason I didn't schedule the item was because it was a present and I didn't know what her work schedule was after Christmas. How am I going to be able to get this installaion. are you able to go back and look at the add from that week and see you were offering the free installation?

I'd be happy to look further into the free installation you mentioned. In order to do this, can you please send me a Private Message with your full name, email, phone number, and the online order number (starting with BBY) or in-store customer service PIN located at the bottom of your receipt? This will end with the six-digit date of your purchase.
