I bought $3000 appliance package that included free delivery. Was told everything was in stock when ordered, then I was contacted and told several of the items were not in stock-that's were the fun began...multiple calls/dates were setup to delivery and finally got thru all that and now my (BestBuy) credit card was charged for two separate $75 delivery charges. Tried to call customer service to have them remove the charges and was transferred from one deptartment to another, multiple calls and several days, was hung up on twice, where each person ultimately said "we don't handle that", called the Bestbuy credit card company they said bestbuy has to handle that and it wasn't a charge they can remove-this has been an absolute nightmare. I hope you have about 10 hours of your time(and counting) to spare if you order applicances from Bestbuy and an extra $150 to throw away. Now it appears they defrauded me out of $150 and there's no recourse?
