I purchased a car stereo for my son for Christmas. When I bought it online, it said that the stereo came with free installation which is the reason I decided to purchase the stereo from Best Buy. After paying for the stereo I expected and email telling me how to schedule the free installation but nothing ever came. How do we go about redeeming the free installation?

The promotion you're referring to was an excellent one for sure for our services! Normally speaking, the installation would have been included in the purchase price if it was selected at the time of checkout. I'm wanting to personally take a closer look at your order to see what I can discover!
