Four failed deliveries

I bought a washer and dryer over a month ago and still have not had my dryer installed or delivered. My whole experience beyond swiping my credit card has been a nightmare. I was scheduled to have both appliances delivered within a week of purchase and when the delivery man came to my house, they looked at the area that the washer and dryer was going to go and informed me that in order to have everything delivered and installed I would first need to remove two door frames, and have a plumber come out and change out the plumbing system for the washer. Otherwise if they had tried to install the washer, it would not have worked and would have void the warranty. They also informed me that the dryer they were to take out of my house would not come out of the house because it would not fit out of the house. The men told me someone from Best Buy would call me to reschedule. In the meantime I hired plumber to come change out what they had told me to change and waited for a call. Then while I was at work a few days later the delivery team showed up to my house… I had not gotten a call or a rescheduled date from anyone and was not home so they had to leave. I called to schedule a new delivery date and informed them that the team had showed up while no one was home. Once the new delivery date showed up I was given a time window online of 3-5PM so I had communicated with my dad for him to come over around that time to help me take out the door frames and also be present with me so I would not be in my home alone with strangers. At 8:30 am I got a text the the team was on their way… I had not been prepared or taken out the door frames. The team came in and informed me that no door frames needed to be removed and there was no reason I should have needed to hire a plumber to change anything. They also took out my old dryer no problems at all. The gentlemen told me the first team had lied to me and they had probably just wanted ti get off work early (which is likely because I was their last stop of the day that day). Anyways the washer was installed perfectly however the dryer had scratches all over it when it came off of the delivery truck and after paying good money for it I refused the delivery as it was not in the condition as when I had purchased it. The team was great about it and I tipped the accordingly. I called to reschedule to have a replacement delivered and I had to be transferred 3 times and spend 50 minutes on the phone just to be told they could not help me until it had been 24 hours after the refusal..ok next day I call back and get the dryer installation set up for the next week out and I get a call the day before telling me it isn’t in stock and they rescheduled me for another week out. Today was supposed to be delivery day so ONCE AGAIN I took off work and waited. When no one showed up I called the helpline only to be informed that the delivery was canceled… no one communicated this to me and I lost out on money AGAIN. I’m now rescheduled for Thursday and I’m not even sure that I will have a successful delivery and installation. This has been a huge waste of time and an even bigger waste of money. I hope this feedback helps future customers…
