Formal complaint


We had a fridge installed by geek squad over a month ago. In removing our old fridge (which is a service we paid for through Best Buy) they managed to severely damage our old fridge as well as our front door. We were told an insurance claim was being filed via sedwick but now a month later we have not heard anything. I have reached out to sedwicks countless times however they do not seem to have a person who can help me. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated, as our house is damaged. While it appears sedwick has dropped the ball- so bad Best Buy, as this service was purchased through you guys and the damage was caused by geek squad. I need help and I need answers.
