Formal complaint about specialty installation

To Whom it may concern,

 

I am very embarrased with the service Best Buy has provided last week. I had bought a dish washer and placed an order for delivery and installation which costs additionally $159.99 from Best Buy Hartsdale NY. Delivery had been set up for Jan. 3, 2019.

 

I don't even want to point out the delivery guys arrived in 3 hours later than our appointment. Anyway, after installation the 'expert' said I should pay extra charge($165) because it was a specialty installation which I had never been told at the store or during installing. (He claimed that it had been supposed to be explained at the store)

He asked me to pay it only by check or cash based on the document which says (quote) 'additional charges may apply as every installation is unique'(unquote).

It was a little bit suspicious because my kitchen and previous dishwasher were very normal and I had already paid the fee for basic installation($159.99). but I had no choice but to trust Best Buy at that time and paid it. 

 

I asked the receipt of additioanl $165 but he guaranteed that it would be automatically emailed by Best Buy.

However one week passed and I found that something was wrong. No email, No receipt.

If it was not a kind of rip-off, I just request the formal receipt of the specialty installation as promised.

I need to hand in it to my corporate.

Looking forward to hearing a reasonable explanation.
