Total Tech his horrible. This is the second time they've texted me a few days ago for the appointment and haven't shown up. The replacement product is not in stock and they didn't bother to tell me. The service tech gave script answers that were entirely fake. She said I wouled have compensation. But couldn't tell me how much. Only after the produyct is sisntalled and then I have to call Best Buy. Which is going to leave me nowhere.
