Formal Complaint

I have been trying to get a refund for appliances that were never delivered for about 4 months have had case number after case number escalated with no response. It has gotten to the point that I had to also file a case with the Best Buy Credit card department in hopes that someone may be able to help me. In the time I have been working on a refund I was able to buy anotehr set of applciance (from Best Buy) in good faith that my problem would be resolved.The store that I orginally placed the order in has sinmce closed which seems to break Best Buys system completely. I even recieved part of the original order with no problem! We are talking a washer/dryer kit and all the extra install items that may have been required. There was no issue cancelling and refunding the installation and haual-away service, but Best Buy cannot somehow find that missing appliances that were never delivered. So I am basically getting robbed of $2000+ and being given teh run-ariound every time I call. I have spent hours on hold repeatedly trying to resolve this issue and constant told it has been escalated, given a case number and told to call back in 36-38 hours. Every time is the same and this is not ok. I am not given any further information ever and there seems to be no effort to resolve my issue. I feel extremely disrespected at this point and am convinced there is ZERO respect for customer loyalty at Best Buy. If anyone there is listening, please get back to me.

Thanks for posting with us here on the Best Buy Support Forums! I understand that you are having some trouble with an order that was never delivered, and that you haven't been refunded for. I know if I was in a similar situation, I too would be expecting a prompt refund, so I'd love to have the opportunity to look into this for you and see how we can further assist in this case, however possible!
