Formal Complaint

I ordered a TV online 11/6/20 and scheduled delivery for the next day. After 8 hours of waiting without receiving any communication, I called customer service. They gave the scripted apologies and supposedly got me rescheduled for delivery yesterday, 11/8/20. Again, 8 hours of waiting with no communication from anyone. Again I call customer service and they tell me that they can't do anything with the order because it still says "in transit". I call the local store - on hold for an hour before I finally hang up. At this point I've had enough and simply want to cancel my order. Guess what, I can't even do that because it considered "still in transit" and "customer service" can't do anything or give me any information for 24-48 hours. Between 3-4 hours in phone calls and online "support" I just want my money back now. Other than this, it's been a wonderful experience.
