In the Best Buy in Sterling, VA, I scheduled installation of TV, soundbar, and in-wall power on:
* Mon, 14 Dec
* Tue, 15 Dec
* Fri, 18 Dec
Each time, I received either an email confirmation or a verbal confirmation while talking to an agent. However, Geek Squad failed to show up each and every time.
I am returning everything I bought: TV, soundbar, in-wall power adapter, and TV cabinet. Terrible service!
