I had very problematic experience with my washer install. Here's a summary:

In addition to the situation described below, I spoke with an installation rep re: this issue. He said he could not address the issue. I asked to be connected to a supervisor. He said that he couldn't do that but promised that a supervisor would call back in 24 hours.
I received no call back.
Agent's name was Pedro from the Ontario call center.
