I would like an email address for Customer Service or a phone number to call in order to make a formal complaint.  In general, my goal is to request a refund of the installation cost of a dishwasher that we ordered on BestBuy.com. 

There is a lot of detail (as well as documentation) involved in this request so I want to know which phone number or email address to direct it to before I take the time to write everything out.  Thanks

Hello jdavis044! The forums here are a great place to get in touch with corporate - but it can take a few days for a response from one of the corporate representatives. There is no email for US based corporate, but the phone number is 1-800-237-8289. If you'd like to wait here for a response from one of them you're more than welcome to.
