Floors Damaged During Refrigerator Delivery

I had a delivery where my floors were damaged. I’ve tried twice to open a claim by calling customer support. The first time I was told my claim was entered and it was not. The second time I’m now we’ll over my 3-5 business day wait and Sedgwic has not contacted me. I don’t have a claim number and I feel that Best Buy makes this as difficult as possible so people will get frustrated and stop trying to get their claims processed. So frustrated
