Hello Best Buy Support. I filed a claim with Best Buy and I have had no contact from Sedgewick to my claim. I received a claim number and a lady keeps telling me via email I have to wait for deny/approve??? I sent them all my photos and the floor estimate as they gouged out my foyer trying to bring a fridge through our front door and ripped up my Brand New Flooring. The customer service is POOR and this has been almost 2 months ago with NO contact. Please assist

Thank you for being patient with me as I work on getting an update on your claim. I did hear back about your claim and they are still working with the third party company on getting your claim resolved. I know you have already been waiting on an update. The process for damage claims has changed recently, please allow some time as they are working on this claim. If you haven't heard from anyone by Oct. 29, please let me know.
