On 12/27/2022 BestBuy was supposed to deliver and install the Refrigerator. The Delivery guy they hired were very unskilled, incompetent and unprofessional. They have damaged my newly installed floor. I have BestBuy Case#, Sedgwick Claim Number, Progressive Commercial Claim Number, BestBut Corporate contact (Andrew)... All are useless and clueless. It's almost 2 months I do not have any update on my claims. I have shared the damaged floor pics to all the involved parties however whenever I try to reach out to Geek Squad (Which is total waste) I have to explain the sequence of incidence for 15 mins and after doing that they run away by giving the excuse they can't help and I need to reach out to another waste that is Sedgwick. No one from Sedgwick is available to talk and/or respond to the email. I don't know who the Sedgwick is and who the Progressive is.. I only know BestBuy then why all the hassles? Why don’t BestBuy pay for my damage or BestBuy follow up with Sedgwick of whomsoever? Still My claim is open and no one in this world has any clue how this will resolve. Yesterday I talked to one of the BestBuy Corporate person Andrew and he was another character. He doesn’t know anything about what he talk and what he suggest and do not have any patience to listen and/or even understand simple language,.
