Thank you for reaching out to us! COVID-19 has certainly changed the new normal, and it has resulted in increased in-home delivery safety precautions. Typically, we should be able to make another delivery attempt if a person has had no further exposure to persons infected with COVID-19, or ceases exhibiting COVID-19 related symptoms after a period of two weeks.
