First Responders

Would like to say how disappointed I am of Best Buy. I ordered a washer and dryer and the night before delivery I was called and did a Covid screening—big mistake. When asked if I had been in contact with anyone with Covid in the last 2 weeks I responded with I’m a nurse on a covid unit. I was then informed I could not get my delivery at this time due to safety reasons. When asked when I would be able to get it they replied when it’s a safer time. I’m wondering when that will be? Will covid magically be over next week so I can then wash my clothes at home? I mean REALLY come on. I was unaware first responders are unable to shop there. You have lost my business for life.

Thank you for reaching out to us! COVID-19 has certainly changed the new normal, and it has resulted in increased in-home delivery safety precautions. Typically, we should be able to make another delivery attempt if a person has had no further exposure to persons infected with COVID-19, or ceases exhibiting COVID-19 related symptoms after a period of two weeks.
