I ordered a washer and dryer set a couple of weeks ago. I had it installed by the delivery men. When I went to use the dryer for the first time, I couldn’t get it to dry no matter what cycle I used. There was no heat. I automatically thought the dryer was defective. I went outside and noticed that the dryer vent got knocked off of the house. It must have happened during the installation. I had a contractor come to fix it and it didn’t help the problem. It turns out that one of the prongs on the plug was bent all the way in and it wasn’t plugged in correctly. He reported that it was a FIRE HAZARD! The delivery men were so quick but made this awful and dangerous mistake. I tried to file a complaint in the following ways: phone call, email, and chat. It got me nowhere. Horrible customer service and experience!
