Filing a Complaint with the Corporate Office

I would to like file a complaint with the corporate office in regards to the condition of appliances upon delivery. This is the second refrigerator I have purchased from Best Buy within 2 years. The first refrigerator had a dent on one of the doors. I refused the delivery and had to reschedule for a second appointment for an . The delivery person told me someone would call me to reschedule.

No one ever did. I had to call back myself to reschedule. The customer service representative didn't apologize or offer any compensation for me having to take time off of work to meet with delivery personnel.

I didn't think much of it because that was my first time ordering a refrigerator from Best Buy so I just assume that something like that could happen to any retailer.

On 10/8/2017, I waited for another delivery of a refrigerator. Same thing happened upon delivery. The delivery personnel informed me of a dent on one of the doors and asked if I still want it. Of course I refused because I paid for a new refrigerator and not a damged one.

It can't be coincidence that my second refrigerator ended with the same result. Please let me know if Best Buy will compensate me for this. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear that your refrigerators have been delivered with dents and that you have had issues getting these appointments scheduled. I understand how frustrating it is to make time for an appliance delivery only for it to arrive dented.
