I would like to file a complaint. I ordered a washer/dryer with the install. They were unable to install it and the installer said they would not charge me for it and put a note in the system.
I caught it months later that they did not refund me. After contacting customer service, they said it was too late to refund me, that I should have caught the error earlier to get a refund.
Customer service was unhelpful. A Bestbuy charge me for a service that was never rendered. I lost trust in Bestbuy and this situation makes me not want to shop at Bestbuy again.
Is there an email to corporate or somewhere to file a formal complaint?

Getting a new set of appliances is a big deal and I know there can be several different charges that might make this easier to miss that this charge wasn't removed.
