I need to file a formal complaint with Corporate Re- Installation done by Geek Squad Third Party Installer.
Met with the Geek Squad Store manager ( Sanford Blvd.Mount Vernon NY Store )sent him pictures of the botched installation of Surviellance System via E-Mail spoken to ( Mas-Tec. Inc) the installer. Both he and Mas-Tec has failed to address the issue.
Need to hear from someone in Corporate or refund my Installation fee of $664.00, Cost of the Surviellance System
which I provided $675.00 plus my Total Tech fee .$199 .00 plus tax.

The completed services clause of the return policy states that these services are final. However you are encouraged to contact the store you had as there is a satisfaction clause if something was not done right.
I'm not sure about refunds in this case since you had them out there. The management of the store or whomever installed the system needs to be involved.
You did this right?
A moderator will be able to chime in on this and offer you additional solutions.

Thanks for your input.
However with all respect your answer did not have any impact or suggestions regarding how to go forward in pursuing
any closure to the problem.
What would be helpful is to provide me with BEST BUY CORPORATE E-MAIL ADDRESS which would allow me to forward all chat sessions, photos and correspondence I have had with the Store Manager and their Customer service.

You've reached the correct place for your inquiry on how to move forward. Your patience is all that can be asked until a moderator gets a chance to take a closer look.
Hockey is correct in directing you back to the store to speak with leadership to see if they can get the ball rolling in the right direction for you in a sooner time frame. If you're looking to speak with a corporate employee, you'll have to sit tight for one to stop by to work your post, which could take some time. There is no "email" to corporate that exists, but you're welcome to continue using the Best Buy forums, Facebook, or Twitter (<basically emailing them by posting). All will put you in queue to be worked in the time frame it was received.
