The appeal of roadie deliveries is same-day delivery, often within a couple hours of placing the order.
I was therefore a bit annoyed when my most recent order had a failed delivery attempt because it was refused, despite requiring no signature. In virtually any other circumstance a package that does not require a signature would just be left at the address.
It turns out roadie drivers apparently get paid for the outgoing trip and the return trip if they can't deliver for whatever reason. From the driver's perspective, it makes sense to have deliveries fail.
From my perspective, now I have to either go to the store, place another order and hope they actually deliver, or just shop somewhere else where I don't have this problem with deliveries.

Hey, shihchiun,
We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on our forum, and I can of course understand you being concerned that this delivery service did not just leave the order. I do know that most carriers do not guarntee they will leave a package without a signature. If the driver does not feel like leaving a package will be safe they will not do so. I would love to look into this for you. Can yo send me a private message with your name, phone number, email address, and order number? To send me a private message simply click on the message button in my signature.
Thanks,
