Faulty Instalation

In July last year, I bought from Magnolia, Nashua, Nh a $20000 Theater room system.
When the installer installed the ceiling speakers, they only used 4 out of the 8 screws to install the 6 ceiling speakers. Once I found out about this mistake, I immediately went to Magnolia, Nashua, NH to resolve the problem. I have been getting one excuse after another. Nothing was done to repair the issue. So I have been going to Magnolia every other month for 12 months to get this issue resolved. As of now, nothing has been done. The Manager, Sean, of Magnolia at that store never contacted me within the last 12 months nor did any other person at that store. 
So today one of the speakers fell from the ceiling nearly missing my 11-year-old child's head and damaging the ceiling drywall. I have been trying to reach out to the manager, Sean, at the store, and am still getting no response from him.
 
The business outcomes you expect to achieve include: • Better serving existing customers – capturing more of existing customers’ spend; • Capturing new demand – getting new customers to transact with Best Buy; • Entering new spaces – adding new products and lines of business; and • Building capabilities while maintaining profitability over time – balancing investments and efficiencies.  
 
With the service I have received, your achievement has not been met nor executed at all.

Contacted Magnolia in Nashua, NH again. Still getting the same excuse that the manager will be on a conference call until 6 pm. lol, You got to be kidding me. That's what they call customer service. Taking your money and hide.
