Failure to deliver - now shows as delivered

Ordered washing machine and a dryer, with delivery and installation, with more than a month wait.

Washing machine delivery was cancelled on the date it was supposed to be delivered, citing lack of fill-hose.

I was told to go to Best Buy site to reschedule delivery. I went out to do so, and Best Buy canceled the date and asked me to schedule it again. I had to do this 12 times as Best Buy kept canceling.

Today when I tried to rebook delivery the status of appliance shows that it was delivered. Order Number {removed per forum guidelines}.

This is very disappointing. It's like Best Buy stole the appliance from me.

Hi all,

 

Update: there was no response from Best Buy forum reps, and I spent another 1.5 hours today with Best Buy customer support trying to get this resolved. They contacted dispatch team, but no one was available, so they left a voicemail.

I am escalating my case with Best Buy corporate, so I just sent an email to:

Allison Peterson, Chief Customer Officer at {removed per forum guidelines} and Jennie Weber, Vice President of Customer and Employee Experience at {removed per forum guidelines} Hope this will help.

I will keep updating my case here.
