Failure to Deliver Nightmare Follows

Ordered four large appliances on Feb 11, delivery scheduled for Feb 25. I was contacted half way into the delivery window on the day and told they had no trucks because they are still in the shop. I was told someone would contact me to one did.


I call the next day myself to reschedule, told they could not because they were scheduled to be delivered the previous day. Really? I try again after two days, same result. They cannot change because they are scheduled to be delivered two/three days ago. I realize I am dealing with incompetance and decide to cancel the entire order.


They cannot cancel the order because you guessed it, they are to be delivered two/three days ago. After many calls and days I was able to cancel the fridge. The other three not so much. Eventually after I think two more calls and days later I was able to cancel the dish washer. The cook top and wall oven/microwave combo on the other hand remained to be delivered two weeks ago or there about.


It was when their status changed to delivered on the website I knew I was screwed, sure enough I am. Because their computers for whatever reason think they have been delivered I am out of luck. I believe at this point 6 seperate request have been sent by customer service to the local store for a response. I have been promised someone from claims will contact be between 24-48 hours, six times, six seperate request. No one has contacted me. I am out of pocket close to $5800 and no remedy in site other than small claims court where I still lose at least $1000.

Thank you for connecting with us here on our forum. Purchasing new appliances should be an exciting experience, but that was clearly not the case here. Being charged for products that were never delivered is not okay, and I too would be looking to get this taken care of ASAP.

Jack was able to fix the problem that the others could not. I must have spoken with and text chatted with at least 12 different support people all making empty promises. 


Jack you are the only one that could deliver, no pun intended, and the only saving grace to this nearly one month issue.
