Failed dishwasher installation, additional charges incurred

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher a few days before Christmas 2020 at the Honolulu store and it was delivered on Dec. 27th or 28th.  Given the location of the dishwasher relative to the sink, we were told that we need to purchase a 10 foot water hose and 10 ft drain hose.  While I was out looking for these items at local hardware stores, the supervisor decided to go ahead with the installation and splice two shorter hoses together for the water supply.  In the process of installing the dishwasher, they broke the garbage disposal .  The supervisor told my husband that he would return the next day to install a new garbage disposal if he went out and bought one that night.  The supervisor returned the next day to install the garbage disposal as well as a new air trap by the sink faucet.   When we finally ran the dishwasher, water was noticed coming out of the back of the area it is located and water was coming up through the air trap spreading out over the back of the sink and the counter.   It was several days before we could contact anyone at either Best Buy or the installation team to correct the problems.  It wasn't until another appliance was delivered and successfully installed that I was able to get contact information for someone at Best Buy who immediately sent out a team to fix the issues with the dishwasher.  Of course the water was leaking from where the two hoses has been joined together and there was a plastic piece left in the garbage disposal that blocked water and caused it to back up through the air trap.  End of story? No. . almost immediately noticed that the pipe under the sink attached to the garbage disposal leaked.  Once more someone (the supervisor from the original installation) came out and tightened the pipes.   End of story?   No. . . screws have fallen out of the brackets holding the dishwasher in place and it now tips forward as we load it.  End of story?  No. . we have received a $400 bill from the service outsourced for the installation for installing the dishwasher as well as for a new air trap and installation of a garbage disposal.   We paid for installation for the dishwasher at the time of purchase so not certain why we have to pay more for installation.  And apparently the installation of the new garbage disposal was  not free although it was necessitated by their actions during installing the dishwasher (e.g they broke it).
