Failed Haul-away (fifth time) with no call - Do Not Use Best Buy

Unbelievably horrible customer service.  The people on the phone (offshore) are very nice and would like to be helpful.  However, their hands are tied as the haul away service is apparently a 3rd party service and not BB employees.  However, there is no means for escalation, no explanation, no anything....just no service.  Purchase from anyone else....I ordered a $1500 dishwasher from them but canceled when the delivery date kept getting pushed.  Home Depot had my dishwasher to me (the same model) in 4 days.  I kept the appointment with BB to haul away the OLD dishwasher thinking they could at least handle that.  I was far 5 no-shows with no phone call.  Will avoid BB at all costs in the future.
