FOUR Failed Delivery Attempts - Geek Squad Delivery/Installation Company is Trash

We bought an oven range that was supposed to be delivered and installed on 6/30. Delivery truck came and refused to move the oven inside because it was "too heavy". They left it in our garage and said someone from Best Buy would call us. We called back when we didn't hear from anyone and were told that another crew would be sent out.

4 days later, another crew came out and said they wouldn't move it. We called again and were told another crew of 4 people would be sent out.

A few days later, another crew of only two people came and said they couldn't move it. We called AGAIN and were promised and assured that a crew of four would come today. The crew called this morning and said they were only planning to send 2 people because they didn't have enough people.

We called again and Best Buy wanted us to wait another week for them to try again but we declined. We had to call movers and a handyman who are ready to do it now. Just something to think about before relying on whatever company Best Buy is contracting out to.

Hey there, Ubiquitous!

Thanks for joining our community here on the Best Buy Forums. I know that I use my oven almost daily, so I can understand wanting to have yours installed ASAP. I am happy to look into this further!

To start, please send a private message with your full name, phone number, and email address, along with the order number (if you have it). You should be able to do this by clicking the blue button near my signature.

Best,
