Extremely poor delivery Service

I had ordered a refrigerator that was scheduled to be delivered last Saturday. When they opened the box, there was a spider in it and the unit was damaged. I was asked to reschedule it for  today. It was damaged AGAIN! The customer care rep spoke as if it was my fault. And I cannot reschedule a delivery right away, I have to wait until the next day and then reschedule which is going to take atleast 2-3 days. Why am I being as to wait for your pathetic lack of efficiency? Are you even offering me a temporary solution or a store credit for a courtesy? NO!!!!

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! As someone who is not a fan of spiders, I am not enjoying the picture you’re painting. It sounds like we let you down a couple times with this order and for that I’m very sorry. 


At this point, were you able to get the delivery rescheduled?

Yes, it is scheduled for tomorrow. The point is a refrigerator is not like a couch or bed without which you can easily live for a few days. I was disappointed that there was nothing offered to me as an alternate solution or atleast expedite the next attempt to deliver.

I absolutely understand the frustration. A fridge is a very essential appliance. I’d like to take a look at the order and make sure we have it scheduled for the soonest possible date, it that’s alright. That’s an interesting error. Some possible fixes with issues like this may be logging out of the forums, restarting the browser, and clearing your browser’s cache. Alternatively, you may try on a different device/browser. Let me know if you still encounter a problem!

So they did give me a 100$ gift card as courtesy(although there was a minor issue in processing it). I will accept that as a solution as there is nothing else they could have done
