Extreme Dissatisfaction- Delivery cancelled at last moment

I ordered an Insignia massage chair few days back with home delivery option for Johnston, Iowa. On day of delivery, I got a call from driver (Trenton) that my item would reach by 9:30 am and I need to be at home. I took time away from work. I got text message few minutes before my estimated delivery time that my item is on its way and would reach by 9:30 am. I waited for 1 hour till 10:30 am, called up driver (Trenton) but he did not pick up. I then called up customer care and they told me that my delivery was cancelled and there was no logical reason for that. Customer care (Ana) convinced me to reschedule and the next delivery date was 3 weeks out. She promised me a compensation of 10% of item price but refused to share any email. When I wanted to file a feedback or complaint, I was told that I would be connected to another department where I was put on hold and call was disconnected after another 10 minutes. I am extremely disappointed by this unprofessional behavior from best buy for delivery, customer care and no last minute cancellation; I lost my half a day and extreme frustration at my end. I want someone to look into this and call me back (not to just apology but someone who care to explain and care about customers). Thanks.
