I had an order placed for a replacement on a Samsung phone. This was on 07/06/2020 and today 07/10/2020 I got an EMPTY box in the mail. There is paperwork instructing me to send the old phone to Best Buy, but there is no new phone in this new box. I have been trying to get into contact with someone but no help. My husband needs this phone for work. We need to get it ASAP but I am not sure where else to go for help. I cannot go into a store because they’re closed at this time since it is past 6 pm. Can I please get some help with this issue?
