Ordered a Dyson oscillating fan. Order was marked as delivered but I did receive it.
bedt buy offered to re ship with signature, then offered in store pick up. Once in store, Best Buy cancelled my replacement and advised they would be offering no refund and replacement.
I continued to reach out to Best Buy and was told that if I filed a police report they would be willing to provide a refund, I have provided them with police report information but no notations or care was made. Few hours later I receive an email stating I will receive no refund or replacement and to continue contacting lawn enforcement, when they had already agreed to refund me if I filed a report.
have never had this problem before, but will definitly re think where I purchase my online electronics as I am out $500 and have nothing to show for it.

Hi Rriderz. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us regarding this matter, though I wish it were under better circumstance. I completely understand your frustration around not receiving a refund. Generally for items marked as delivered to you by the carrier an investigation is done. Sometimes you're required to file a claim with the carrier if it is believed that the product was lost by them. Other times you are asked to work with law enforcement if the carrier can provide proof that the product was delivered to your address.
