Dryer delivery

I had a gas dryer delivered on 11/27/2018. Everything seemed fine at first, however at night there was a strong odor of gas in the laundry room. We were able to shut off the gas valve and Best Buy was very responsive when I called on 11/27/2018 regarding the gas leak. Someone was out to the house within hours of the initial call and it was repaired. Following the repair we noticed scratches on the top of the dryer and most likely from the repairman trying to get behind it and also a dent on the top of the dryer now. I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding this issue.

I'm glad to hear we got the gas issue fixed for you. I can only imagine how scary it must have been to discover a gas leak, and I'm happy to hear your family is safe and sound.

Thank you for responding. I actually got in contact with the salesman who then had the warehouse call me. I was able to talk to someone there and we came to a resolution.
