I ordered a washer and dryer from Best buy. The washer was delivered on 12/18. When the delivery driver came he said he had 2 washers, not a washer and a dryer. I have been trying to get the dryer for over 3 months and continue to get the run around. The latest is that the dispatch department marked I received the dryer whic is not even remotely accurate as the other numerous incompetent reps said they could not give me a $270 credit on the purchase until I received the dryer so the dryer clearly was not marked received. I need immediate resolution as the gorss incompetents of Best Buys team is absolutley unacceptable. order {removed per forum guidelines}. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I am canceling the order, disputing the ALL charges and Best buy can come get the washer and I will purchase immediately form local competitors who have had both washer and dryer in stock for over a month.

Just responded. Frustrated is not even close to what we have had to endure. I operate many businesses and if this happened at any of the 3, the product would have been shipped completely free of charge and there woudl have been some terminations.
